Caden and Luke took swimming lessons this spring at Little Strokes Swim Academy. They had a couple of make-up classes to attend in the summer session and just finished up with those this week. I don't have great footage because my phone has no storage left and won't let me take any more video or photos (even though my vidoes/photos have been deleted, along with every other possible app...lame). I have a short video clip of each boy, but they were taken early on and they don't show how much they progressed and how well they are doing now.
We didn't sign the boys up for swimming lessons last summer due to my health, so they were a little timid in the water at the start, but it wasn't long before they became little fish. They get a grade at the end of each season and both these boys are at level 5 (out of 8), which basically means they can perform an independent front crawl and backstoke with rollover breathing. They are currently working on the butterfly. I am thrilled with how far they have come and they can't wait until fall to be back for more lessons.
