I had to post Luke eating his very first sugar cookie. He is allergic to eggs and misses out on so many good things. A good friend gave me a recipe that didn't have eggs in it, so I tested it out. I have discovered there are very few good replacements for eggs. Most baked goods just don't turn out right, but this one was yummy! Cream cheese is the secret ingredient. Luke was thrilled and wants to know when I will be making them again!
Every kid should get a good sugar cookie every now and then! Poor kid has been deprived of the best kind of cookie there is. Glad you found a recipe for him. I love his smile!
