Happy Birthday Heather! Are you really 35?

What a glorious week in our home as we celebrate the birthday girl!  Happy Birthday Heather!  You keep on telling us that you are getting old but Luke, Caden, Porter and I conferred and we can't figure out where you would get that idea from.  We went through pictures high and low and couldn't find any elderly ladies (including when we found grandma photos)!  To be honest, we could only find a few pictures shown below that indicate how youthful and amazingly stupendous you are. We also asked around with some of your friends and no one had any idea they had a friend named Heather who could possibly be 35 years-old.  We just can't figure this out.  Are you old or not?  A mother as amazing as you couldn't be this old!  A wife as perfect for me as you couldn't be geriatric!  Is it possible?  The evidence doesn't match the story.

Ok... this is our way of saying:
Happy Birthday Heather!

We are all so grateful you were born 35 years ago (if it's true!).   I am so blessed that you came into my life and we are so amazingly blessed that you are our mom, wife and best friend.

Enjoy birthday week.

The masked heroin who saves the world everday!
Climbing tall mountains in nothing but sandals.

Taming wild animals with charm, grit, and love.  With her bare hands!

p.s. for the record... my overly honest five year-old (Luke) just went through these pictures and told me very specifically that mom was 34 in these photos.  Maybe there is some evidence or maybe Heather is just brainwashing Luke.  I am just confused!  How old is she?  If anyone reading this post has evidence of Heather's true age, please send it to me.

*The comments made about old people and 35 year-olds in this post are only attempts at utterly sarcastic and untrue humor by some rogue blogger and do not reflect the respect, love and adoration that we have for wise and aged human beings.  No 35 year-olds have been harmed in the creation of this post. If fact, the record indicates that the writer is 35 himself!  ;)
