Porter has not been excited about this walking thing. For the past month he has only been brave enough to take 2-4 steps at a time. This past week (at 15.5 months) he has increased that to 6-12 steps...depending upon his mood. He has even, occasionally, taken off on his own...without all the prodding and coaxing of his parents. Progress. It will still be awhile before he wants to walk full-time, but at least he is starting to think that walking could be worthwhile!
