it's going to snow. He's said to me on many occasions,
"It's winter, where's the snow?" Sesame street has
been talking a lot about the four seasons, so Luke
thinks he is in the "know" when it comes to winter.
Last week we received a few little flurries and Luke
was thrilled. He asked me all day if we could go
outside and shovel. This kid loves to shovel snow!
I had to inform him that we could only shovel if the
snow stuck to the ground. Well, this week the snow
stuck to the ground! I, therefore, had to come through
on my promise. Darn! One small problem... by the
time we got outside to shovel, our neighbors had
done it for us. Loving the neighbors. Luke was still
excited just to be outside so we shoveled what little
snow there was left.

Here's Luke trying to get what little snow remains
on the porch.

And then he moved on to what little snow remained at
the neighbors.

I am sure there will be far too many more opportunites
to shovel this year. This is only the beginning!
Maybe Luke could show my employees what it means to be chearful while pushing snow.
